She went out of her way to guide us through every step of our home-buying process. She listened to what we were looking for and kept our eyes open to all the possibilities. Dee made phone calls and sent emails regularly to check in with us and keep us informed about the status and progress of our house hunt and loan approval. She encouraged us to ask questions to understand the paperwork and the forms we were filling out. Dee Dee also visited us from Corpus on more than one occasion to show us various houses that fit what we wanted and what was in our budget. We found a couple of houses that sparked our interest, but were unable to travel to the area to see them in person. Dee Dee did a walk through on video chat of the house we ended up buying. She has a god feel for the local market and knows how long to expect a property to be on the market. A few years later, work once again moved us from the area.
